These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 201 pub ("201 pub," "we," "us," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the 201 pub website at 201pub.biz and all related services, games, features, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By creating a 201 pub account, accessing the platform, or using any aspect of the Service — including playing games, making deposits, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the 201 pub Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) 201 pub account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 201 pub may merge them, close all but one, or permanently terminate all associated accounts at its sole discretion, and any bonus winnings accrued across duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party. 201 pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Suspicious Activity. You must notify 201 pub support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any other security breach. 201 pub reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation whenever suspicious activity is detected, without prior notice.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 201 pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-relevant methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods and their respective minimum and maximum limits are displayed in the Account Wallet section and are subject to change.

4.2 Currency. All player balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to PHP deposits or withdrawals. For USDT deposits, the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction applies and is disclosed before confirmation.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Account Wallet section.

4.4 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. 201 pub reserves the right to require identity and payment method verification prior to processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirement. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from third-party sources may be returned and the associated account may be suspended.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 201 pub will notify you via your registered contact details before applying any dormancy-related administration fee. Dormancy fees, if applicable, are disclosed in the Account Wallet section.

5.1 Promotion-Specific Terms. Each bonus, promotion, free spin credit, cashback offer, or other incentive made available by 201 pub is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports), eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. These terms are disclosed at the point of bonus offer and must be read before acceptance.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("playthrough") that must be completed before withdrawal. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Real money funds in your wallet are not subject to wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 201 pub reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses in cases where abuse, exploitation of promotions, or breach of bonus terms is detected. Behaviour patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play may be investigated and may result in account restrictions.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any time. Opting in to a new promotion while an active bonus wagering requirement is pending may affect eligibility.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 201 pub platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age, or assisting any person under 21 to access the Service;
• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to manipulate gameplay or gain unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live dealer game, or poker variant;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment fraud, or knowingly using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions — any winnings resulting from a known technical error are void and must be returned;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or harms other players or 201 pub staff.

All content on the 201 pub platform — including but not limited to the 201 pub brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of 201 pub or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 201 pub platform solely for your personal recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 201 pub content without prior written authorisation.

8.1 Service Availability. 201 pub strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. The Service may be subject to interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 201 pub reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player. 201 pub's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the bet amount placed on the affected round and does not extend to any anticipated winnings.

8.3 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 201 pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including loss of gaming opportunities, anticipated profits, or data.

201 pub is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling for all Filipino players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all accounts:

9.2 Self-Exclusion. 10.1 Amendments. 201 pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2 Account Termination by You. You may request closure of your 201 pub account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

10.3 Account Termination by 201 pub. 201 pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, where a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account would constitute a legal or regulatory risk. Where termination is for cause, 201 pub may void any bonus winnings but will return verified real-money deposits not subject to pending disputes.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
